Research Tools

|
The following resources tend to have
an American slant to them, because they are used by the WebKeeper on other
sites he maintains. I am willing to add other sites to create a more
global list. However, I would like to be very careful to be sure
the sites added have reasonably broad interest for our members.
Therefore, I don't want to include local sites here. If you have
an interesting local site, court or law-related or otherwise of interest,
please add it to the Web Links page, using
the submission tool there.
Please send your suggestions for this
page to the WebKeeper.

International
Supreme Court Decisions
Norwegian site which provides links
to decisions of the courts of about 40 countries. Very interesting,
particularly if you read another language.
State
Appellate Court Decisions
Provided by a firm called Piper Resources,
this site provides links to web sites providing state appellate information.
Some states have free access to opinions, some require password accounts
to access the information, and some states' opinions are only available

your way to another state's opinions, if they are available. The
same firm provides a page for State
and Local Government on the Net, which provides links to general
government sites.
United
States Supreme Court Decisions
This site lists decisions since 1990,
with selected earlier decisions. Hyperlinked text makes these interesting
to use. Perhaps the best free site for U.S. Supreme Court cases.
